1. Authorization to test
By submitting a URL you represent that you own the application or have written permission from the owner to authorize automated testing. You grant Vibe Greenlight permission to fetch publicly reachable pages, download JS/CSS assets, run a headless browser, and (for Pro) attempt sign-up / log-in with credentials you provide or temporary accounts the scanner creates.
2. Not a penetration test
Reports are automated launch-readiness checks. They are not a guarantee of security, not a formal audit, and not a substitute for a professional penetration test or code review.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to scan applications you do not own or are not authorized to test, to harass operators, or to exceed rate limits. We may refuse or cancel jobs that look abusive.
4. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are one-time charges via Stripe. If we fail to deliver a report for a paid order, contact us for a refund. Draft policy: refunds are not available once a report has been delivered, except where required by law.
5. Re-checks
Launch Check includes one free re-check of the same URL within 14 days of the original report.
6. Fix-It Pack
Fix-It requests are quotes, not guaranteed engagements. A human reviews before any patch or PR is delivered.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES AND LIMIT LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
